Abstract

Business objectives of the company are in direct dependence on effective communications. Corporate communications are an expression of the interrelationships between people, groups and the environment of an organization, which consist in creating, transmitting and using mutually beneficial information to achieve business goals. By analyzing and evaluating internal and external communications, a model of information and communication needs is created in a real estate agency that can identify gaps and build a plan for future improvement
