Оптимизация на управленски практики с помощта на стохастични процеси
Abstract
Резюме: Прилагането на съвременните управленски методи в реална среда е свързано с отчитането на поне три специфични ефекта – отчитане на случайните събития, проблеми с усредняването на оценките и оценка на стабилността на внедрените практики. В тази статия предлагаме решение, което решава проблемите породени от тези ефекти и използва случайни процеси за анализ на представянето на служителите във високотехнологична компания.
