MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL IN THE FILM INDUSTRY. INCENTIVE METHODS AND FINANCIAL ASPECTS
Abstract
The film industry is one of the most relevant areas in the modern economy. It develops on the border between business and art, using standard economic models, in its non-standard vision and techniques. What is specific for it is the existence of a conservative approach to human resource management in terms of economic parameters, regulatory requirements and universal approach, while the possibility of non- standard implementation of innovative solutions, bordering on the full need to break the so-called. standard management model.
