EMPLOYMENT TRENDS IN THE ICT SECTOR
EMPLOYMENT TRENDS IN THE ICT SECTOR
Abstract
The development of the market, which main resource is the human
factor, begins to impose its limitations. The specialists in the technological branch, who
possess qualities above the average, represent a relatively small group, which does not
grow at enough fast pace due to a number of factors – from demographic to social to
qualitative, such as the IT education in Bulgaria. There is a necessity of complex efforts
from educational, governmental, branches and organizational structures in order to
overcome the problems of the ICT sector.
