PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODEL “MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES” IN RESTAURANTS IN BULGARIA
Abstract
Настоящата статия представя някои проблеми, съществуващи в
съвременния етап от развитието на ресторантьорството и управлението на
човешките ресурси в България. Част от тези проблеми са изведени, след
проведено анкетно проучване сред служители и мениджъри, работещи в
областта на ресторантьорството. Статията предлага модела за управление
чрез цели, като възможен инструмент за преодоляване на някои от посочените
проблеми, като показва резултати от внедряването му в три заведения от
различен тип и с различна локация в България. Разгледани са практическите
резултати от прилагането му в заведенията през първите три месеца.
