Leadership in the system of corporate culture
Abstract
Новите времена изискват нови организации с нова визия,
мисия и нова посока, в която да канализират усилията на хората, с
които работят. В този смисъл въпреки постиженията в областта на
високите технологии и информационните системи, човекът остава
онази производителна и творческа сила, която може успешно и
ефективно да реализира фирмената политика и стратегия, както и да
осигури тяхното конкурентно предимство. Настоящата статия
анализира лидерството като творческа сила в зависимост от
фирмената култура. Предмет на интереса ни са специфичните
проявления на лидерството спрямо видовете организационна култура.
