Essence and advantages of e– learning in the process of human resources improvement
Abstract
In the era of the information society Lifelong learning becomes a necessity. Development of information and communication technologies (ICT)
support the continuing vocational training of human resources with the help of modern technologies. The term “e-learning” is becoming global as its main purpose is by Internet and IT technologies to improve the quality of training of the employees in the organizations by facilitating access to resources , sharing information and collaboration. This subject of this report is the essence of elearning, the advantages of its apply, as well as the system types, through which it takes place.
