Application of active methods for improving the communication in EXL Services
Abstract
This paper reviews the benefits and the importance of the
teambuilding games for improvement of team communications.The research in
the paper is done as an answer to a particular situation in team Belkin of EXL
Services with problematic communication among the team members. The main
successfully applied method for mprovement of them communications are the
teambuilding games. As a consequence of the improved communication the
team is more productive and consolidated around the team goal while also
putting it above the individual interests.
