INTEGRATED APPROACH TO BUSINESS’ EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS
Abstract
This study highlights the application of integral approach to the analysis
of the organization’s efficiency and financial stability. This analysis is based on internal
book information, which allows formulate an appropriate analysis method, which is to a
certain extent useful in real business.
Formulated research hypothesis states that the internal book (mainly accounting)
information and the information in the financial statements should ensure specific level of
integrated use for the purposes of the organization’s financial management.
The aim of the study is to reach business appropriate and feasible model for
efficiency and financial stability analysis, which describes the interrelations and
dependencies between operating activity’s efficiency, equity expenses and economic
profit.
