“BLIND SPOTS” IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS
Abstract
The competitive development of the company in terms of uncertain
market environment is determined by the ability of managers to take adequate and
reasonable management decisions. The choice of strategic alternatives should be based
on a comprehensive analysis of the competitive and market environment, but according to
their personal preferences and perceptions, managers rely on the subjective factor in
management. As a result, a number of personal reasons arise in the management "blind
spots" that lead to inefficiencies in the business. On this basis the systematic analysis of
"blind spots" is a necessary process to achieve competitiveness in the long term.
