DIGITAL DEMOCRACY
Abstract
През последните години традиционната демокрация има сериозни проблеми,
с които не може да се справи в рамките на класическия модел на своята
организация и функциониране. Достатъчно е да напомним за „ляво-десните”
правителства в редица „стари” демокрации (Германия, Австрия, Гърция и др.), за
„арабската пролет”, която, вместо да се ориентира към класическата демокрация, се
ислямизира, за популистките десни правителства в Италия и Унгария, за
бюджетната криза в САЩ, която застраши световната стабилност и т.н. Тази криза
не подмина и България. След като в началото на годината енергийният гняв на
хората помете дясното правителство и се проведоха парламентарни избори имаше
всички основания да се очаква успокояване и стабилизиране на обстановката. Но
това не се случва.
