APPLICATION OF THE PROCESS APPROACH IN LABOR MEDIATION PROCEDURES IN DIRECTORATE „LABOR OFFICE”
Abstract
The paper discusses topical issues in connection to the achievement of effectiveness in the social sphere, more precisely the effectiveness of work of public employment services in contemporary dynamic conditions in economic and social environment considering Directorate “Labor office” as an institution on the labor market. Defining main technological processes, the study presents opportunities for conducting an effective social policy on the basis of the introduction of a process model and determination of the necessary provision of resources.References
